Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, you will receive a full refund. If the product is held or returned due to customs in any country, Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — refunds can take time to process

  3. Contact your bank for any delays

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@herbaleros.com and send your item to us. 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@herbaleros.com before shipping your item.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
